I own and operate real estate, construction, and hospitality businesses. Based in Phoenix — investing wherever the numbers work.

I've been investing in real estate since 2007 — multifamily, mobile home parks, supportive housing, short-term rentals, single family and development. Today that’s 100+ doors and a $26M+ portfolio, with a three-property development under construction. Every asset sits in its own LLC. Five realized exits.

Alongside the portfolio, I own Envision Service Group, an Inc. 5000 honoree, and Schnepp Waterfront, two lakefront vacation rentals in Mesa and Lakeside, Arizona.

I also co-founded Bug Science Pest Control in 2020. Grew it from scratch, self-brokered a bolt-on acquisition, and self-brokered an exit to private equity in 2023.
