I've been investing in real estate since 2007 — multifamily, mobile home parks, supportive housing, short-term rentals, single family and development. Today that’s 100+ doors and a $26M+ portfolio, with a three-property development under construction. Every asset sits in its own LLC. Five realized exits.

Alongside the portfolio I own Envision Service Group (roofing and painting — the crew that renovates my own assets) and Schnepp Waterfront, two lakefront vacation rentals in Mesa and Lakeside, Arizona.
